Fire wand
I'm looking for a fire wand +5 energy ^50 with +1 fire magic 20% chance.

wow do wands have a wrap or inscription for +1 to skills? if so dude i want it on my elenetalists hero but with out the +5 E lolz but if this is for a Fire elementalist u may find that the Green Hajkors Flame or the gold equivalent (20%HCT 20%HSR) would be a better choice with at least 1 enchantment ( Fire focus right?) at least i found out because that +5 e aint shit!

you can not get +1 attribute mods on a wand, inherent or otherwise.
